Terms of Use

OdisTrip
Version 1.1 — September 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of the OdisTrip app (the “app”), a personal trip-itinerary planner. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

The app is independently operated in Brazil. In-app contact: Profile → Help and support. Published email: support@odistrip.com.

1. The service

OdisTrip lets you create trips (destination and dates), build a day-by-day itinerary with places on a map, follow the day in progress, and, if you subscribe to Premium, request a smart itinerary draft.

The app is not a travel agency, does not sell tickets or lodging, and does not replace Google Maps or real-world traffic conditions. Place hours, ratings, and availability come from third parties and may be out of date.

2. Account (Google or Apple)

To use the app, sign in with Google or Apple. We do not create a password for you. You must have a valid account with one of these providers and follow its terms.

You are responsible for activity in your account. If you lose access to Google or Apple, we lose the means to authenticate you.

There is no guest mode in production.

3. Your content

Itineraries, stops, notes, checklist, budget, and places you mark (including an address or map pin) are yours. You grant us only the license needed to store, display, and process this content within the app to provide the service.

Do not post unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights. You can report inappropriate content through Profile → Report content. We may remove content or close accounts that violate these terms.

4. Places and maps (Google)

Place search, place details, and the native map use Google Places and Google Maps through our server and Google’s SDKs. Business information (name, address, photos, hours, and ratings) belongs to Google and the respective owners, not to us.

Use of this information is also subject to Google’s terms. Do not extract the catalog for another product or abuse search.

The line on the app’s map is a straight line between stops, not a street route.

5. Smart mode and DeepSeek

Smart mode (Premium) sends the assistant preferences (interests, pace, travel companions, must-see places, and text you write) to DeepSeek through our server, along with places already in the city’s catalog. The service selects, orders, and explains only catalog stops; it must not invent places.

If the service fails, we may fall back to an algorithmic draft without sending another request to DeepSeek. You remain in control of whether to accept, edit, or delete the result.

6. Premium subscription

Premium is billed by the App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat tracks subscription status. Cancellations, refunds, and renewals follow the rules of the store where you subscribed; we do not process card payments directly.

Premium features (currently smart itinerary generation / optimization and place photos, as shown in the app) may change with reasonable notice. Manual mode (adding places yourself) remains available on the free account.

7. Availability and liability

The app is an MVP. Bugs, interruptions, or usage limits may occur (for example, limits on searches or generations). We do not guarantee that an itinerary will be complete, safe, or suitable for your trip.

To the extent permitted by Brazilian law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions you make based on an itinerary (such as delays, a closed place, or a poor route). If we are liable, our liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the event.

8. Ending use and deletion

You can sign out at any time. To delete your account and data, go to Profile → Delete account. Deletion takes place in the app (request DELETE /account) and removes the user and associated trips. It cannot be undone.

Active subscriptions must be canceled in the store (Apple or Google). Deleting your account in the app does not automatically cancel store renewal.

We may suspend the service or an account in cases of abuse, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the product. If the app is discontinued, we will notify you by support email or in the app when feasible.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is the one published at the URL above, with its date shown at the top. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the new version, except where the law requires specific consent.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Claims related to the app must be brought in Brazil, except where consumer rights that cannot be waived provide otherwise.
